Aero-Magnesium is an engineering-oriented production facility, started as an R&D group in 2005 and transitioned to a full production facility in 2010.

CEO
Yaki Cohen, Aero-Magnesium’s CEO, joined the team during 2024. He has a B.A in Finance and Economics from Yizreel Valley College, a Certified Public Accountant degree from Ruppin College and an Executive business M.B.A from Ono Academic college. Yaki has vast experience in Financial Management, Project Management, Supply Management and Operations leadership from his previous career with Ernst & Young and John Deere.
Walid Hassan
COO
Walid Hassan Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) joined the company in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer (COO), following over 25 years of senior leadership in the Israeli Air Force’s aviation engineering and maintenance divisions. He brings extensive experience in system integration, precision manufacturing, and large-scale operational management. Walid holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management. His background in leading complex, high-reliability platforms supports the company’s mission to deliver advanced magnesium solutions to the aerospace and high-tech industries
Yonatan Henn
CTO
Yonatan Henn, Aero Magnesium’s CTO, is the founder of Aero Magnesium. For 14 years, he served as the organization’s CEO. He holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University. Yonatan is one of the few who specialize in the manufacturing of magnesium technologies for the aerospace industries for over 30 years.
Amir Fein
CQO
Amir Fein, Aero-Magnesium’s Chief Quality Officer, is one of the founders of Aero-Magnesium. He has an M.A. in Quality Management from the University of Haifa.
Amir has over 20 years of experience in establishing, implementing, and improving quality management systems, according to the AS9100 standard, and extensive experience working with the largest aerospace industries in Israel.
Eitan Haimovich
CFO
Eitan Haimovich , Ricor’s & Aero-Magnesium, CFO, started his career at Israel Discount Bank, one of the leading banks in Israel.
Has 25 years experience in various positions including CFO at R.H Technologies, a global industrial company with subsidiaries in the U.S. and Europe.
Eitan is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and holds a B.A degree in Economics and Business Management (cum laude) from University of Haifa, M.B.A degree from University of Haifa and M.A Law degree from Bar Ilan University.
